The Class 1 Silt Curtain Unconnected 20mL in 2m 260gsm NW-Geo Skirt is a ready-made sediment control solution designed to help manage suspended sediment in low-risk water environments such as lagoons, ponds and streams. With a 20m length and 2m drop, it provides increased vertical coverage for projects requiring a deeper curtain profile.

The silt curtain features a 260gsm nonwoven geotextile skirt, a 100mm × 50mm closed-cell foam float, and a 6mm marine-grade galvanised chain ballast enclosed within a PVC pocket. This combination provides flotation at the water surface while helping keep the skirt positioned below the surface to assist with sediment containment.

Constructed using 400gsm PVC, the curtain offers good general chemical resistance and UV resistance for up to 2 years. It also incorporates universal ASTM F962 Z-connectors, marine YKK10 zipper skirt connectors and stainless-steel eye nut anchoring points for practical installation and connection.

This is a ready-made silt curtain, available in 10m and 20m lengths with 1m and 2m drop options, providing flexibility for different project requirements. Pickup is available from our Sydney and Queensland warehouses.

The 260gsm nonwoven geotextile has a 90-micron nominal pore size, 1200N grab tensile strength, 3200N CBR burst strength and 130 L/m²/s nominal flow rate.
