The Premium Double IBC Frame and Cover – PVC is a practical weather-protection solution designed for outdoor storage of two IBC containers on a compatible double IBC spill pallet. The cover and frame work together to help protect the bunded area from rain, UV exposure and other environmental debris that can accumulate in the sump.

Rainwater accumulating inside a spill pallet can reduce the available containment capacity and increase the risk of overflow if a leak occurs. This cover helps minimise rainwater entering the sump, supporting more effective secondary containment and making outdoor IBC storage easier to manage.

The cover is manufactured from heavy-duty, UV-stable PVC and features industrial-grade #10 zippers with double-door front access. Velcro tabs allow the access doors to be rolled up when required, while internal Velcro tabs help secure the cover to the galvanised steel frame.

The galvanised steel frame is supplied flat-packed and can be assembled quickly, providing structure and rigidity to help the cover maintain its shape. This product is supplied as a frame and cover only, with the double IBC spill pallet sold separately.
