Drive over bunding is manufactured to length and shape (as per customers diagram). Its design is especially suited for environments with low to medium-volume vehicle and forklift access, where traffic occurs without frequent repetition in the same spot throughout the day. Offering both safety and convenience, this bunding can be installed with a straightforward adhesive or reinforced for added durability, ensuring optimal protection and accessibility in busy workspaces.

Customization Options: We can customize the bund to your desired length, with open or closed ends based on your specific requirements, ensuring a seamless fit within your space.

Protective Layer: The optional protective layer is an additional piece of 900GSM PVC that can be secured over the top of the bund using the same bolts. This layer adds an extra shield for the flexible bunding, enhancing its durability in low to medium traffic environments. It safeguards the bunding against occasional impacts and light wear, prolonging its lifespan. If the protective layer becomes worn or damaged, it can be easily replaced without affecting the underlying bunding.

Flat Bar: Flat bar reinforcement is available for heavy-duty applications and can be bought at any local store. To install, simply drill holes in both the flat bar and the bund, then secure them with the provided bolts and adhesive. This setup provides additional stability for low to medium traffic areas. If the flat bar isn’t required, the bund can be reliably held down with just glue and bolts.
